Download & Install the DVR Video Drivers
Click this underlined link> VC4000Setup.exe and select OPEN
(Dial Up internet may take 2-5 Minutes Here)
This will open & install your video drivers automatically. You may see the following dialog box.
If you do see this dialog box, click the Continue Anyway button.

Open Internet Browser & Enter the DVR URL.
Click Start>All Programs>Internet Explorer
Click into the Address Bar and type the following.
http://70.168.200.117
Press Enter
::Important::
If a yellow colored bar is across your browser, hover over the yellow bar with your mouse cursor and click to install Active X
Start & Run the Web Video Software
Enter your Username and Password which was provided to you by Little Angels.
Press the OK button
A list of cameras will appear to the right column.
Double click any camera to start in the range of 1-4.
